Key Provisions of Comprehensive Health Care Reform Legislation

Yesterday,Wednesday 25th, both chambers of Congress passed H.R. 4872, the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010. The Senate adopted the measure by a vote of 56-43 earlier in the day while the House approved the legislation, along with technical revisions made by the Senate, late this evening. H.R. 4872 will now go to President Obama's desk and will likely be signed by the end of the weekend. See Key Provisions
